Well Saturday May 24th, 2009 Joshua and Riley were ready and able to come home with me. After listening to my Dr I was able to carry the twins to 38 weeks which meant no nicu and coming home TOGETHER! As we were leaving the hospital I was stopped by a news reporter, ( I am mean I know it was a miracle that I had twins but the news??) lol! It turns out that the reason why my Dr was so busy the day the twins were born is because the hospital had a record of 96 birthdays in one day! OMG! So the news really wasn't there for me, even though in my mind it was a history making moment.
