Our 1st day of Library School

Joshua & Riley went to library school for the first time today, there teachers were Ms Barbara & Ms Martha. We didn't cry at all! We didn't talk either....lol ! We read stories, danced, sang songs and colored. It was a great experience that we will be doing monthly.

Been to long

This is has been a long crazy summer and that is why I haven't had time to write alot. The twins are doing great, I think that they enjoyed there summer for the most part, the heat was pretty mean this summer so we spent many days just out in the backyard in the pool! Chris got laid off so I started working again part time back at my old job, so that was a major CHANGE!! We celebrated Pop's 60th birthday last week and now its time to start preparing for the fall and the holidays before we know it!!!!

Joshua's New Do

Joshua got a much needed haircut today, where Riley chose not to, she wasn't even to thrilled about her brother getting one. But he did great.

I can't believe that my miracle twins are 2! Where did the time go?? Why is time going by so fast??? We had an awesome birthday weekend, on there actual day we took them to the zoo even though it was raining out, we got see all the animals that were willing to come out in the rain... then we came home an had a McDonald's lunch and then a nice 2 hour nap then it was time for a pizza dinner followed by cake of course where they sang Happy birthday to each other....video to follow. Then Saturday Grandma Carol threw them a birthday party with some of my old co-workers and her friends that know and love the twins. It was a great weekend.

Toddler Beds

Well we reach another milestone the twins are now in toddler beds!! Can this really be happening? I don't believe that they are old enough for this stage in there life already but so far so good.

On the move

Joshua and Riley got a early birthday present from Aunt Christina and Uncle Louie, they got CARS!! We are now on the go, the twins are in love, they sit in they breakfast lunch and dinner, they drive us crazy. I am so looking forward to when they can control the car themselves with there feet but for now we are pushing them

Happy Easter 2011

Happy Easter! Yesterday was Joshua & Riley's 2nd Easter, it was so funny to see them enjoy it this year compared to last year. The woke up to the Easter Bunny leaving them baskets filled with presents and a egg hunt in our own living room. Then they got to spend a little time with Sarah & Carmelo and they each got shovels and pails for the beach this summer. Then we went to Aunt Alice's house to see Grandma & Pop were we got even more presents from the Easter Bunny. It was an awesome day.

Little things make The Little People Happy

Joshua and Riley have more then there fair share of toys between a full playroom and a full toy box, mind you there is just about double of everything, but does that make them happy or have the time of there life.....No! The boxes that there diapers came turned into "forts" or "houses" as they called it does, check out the pictures and video.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Tonight we colored Easter eggs for the second time. Last year was much neater and they had no clue what was going on, this year there was color on the eggs but more on them....I love it. Chris gets a little nervous, the color all came off there hands in there bath so what is the big deal right??? The main thing is that they had a BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

23 months old

Well its arrived the twins are 23 months old today which means that we are officially in countdown mode to there 2nd birthday! It feels like just yesterday that I had them it just can't be possible that they are going to be 2!!!!!!!!!!

Alexandra's Sweet Sixteen

In the beginning of April we celebrated Allie's sweet sixteen, the twins had no idea what was in store for them. We arrived at the hall before the party started so the dance floor and all the balloons were in plain site, they were running everywhere. Then the party went into full swing with the DJ going and the lights low and a whole lot of giant people dancing from there point of view, Chris and I were prepared for the worst but got the complete opposite, they were in the middle of it all, they even got swept up a couple of times by Allie and some of her friends to dance. They had a ball and they even got to light a candle. But 10:45 they were passed out in there carriage. There are some cute pictures, even one of me with my mommy!
