Joshua's Bad BooBoo

Last night Joshua got his first really bad boo-boo. He cut his index finger on something in the playroom ( the investigation is still on going as to what it was) so bad that we were bleeding for two hours, he was crying in pain Riley was holding his other hand and telling him it was going to be ok. By the time it finally stopped bleeding and he was all badged up, he passed out on Daddy's pillow with his finger safely elevated on his mickey pillow. He woke up this morning saying BOO-Boo still hurt! But we all survived.

Our New Ride

The twins are growing and so is there stroller. For the longest time my mom wanted me to get a side by side carriage for the kids but I knew that it would be too hard to get into alot of stores, so I was against it. But now that they are getting older and they are arguing as to who can sit in the front of the carriage I thought it was time, so I decided to get a side by side stroller instead of an actual carriage, its much lighter and they love that they are both sitting in the front to see everything and they are holding hands. My theory was right that I am limited as to what stores I can be going in but then I am saving money for there college fund....lol:)

22 Months

Joshua and Riley were 22 months old yesterday???? Where has this last year gone. I am in full swing of planning there 2nd birthday party, and I am also starting to clean out the playroom of the toys that they have grown out of as well as going in the closets and doing the same, they are growing faster then I can keep up with them.
As you can see from the picture we aren't completely happy that mom has the camera out again...:)

Spring Fever

Today was an awesome pre-spring day, it was in the low 60's so we went outside for some fun. We went to a local park. The twins are still pretty new to the whole park scene so they are still afraid of the swings and slides. Joshua was brave enough to sit on the swing but screamed "NO" pretty loud enough that I got the hint. Riley on the other hand locked her legs around Daddy's waist so she wouldn't even sit in the swing, it was pretty much the same story for the slides. But they loved the jungle gym part and the "FREEDOM" to explore and watch other children at play. It was a new experience for Chris and I as well.  We are use to the safety of the yard the park you really need your eyes everywhere, it was a little scary but enjoyable for all.
